<業務内容詳細＞
- Streamline logistics processes for sales items and SPM, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery by collaborating with Business Divisions and 3PL partners.
- Lead a team of 3 direct reports and 3-4 agency staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering skill development.
- Oversee 3PL service providers, monitor KPIs, and optimize logistics costs while improving service levels.
- Re-engineer warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and optimize logistics budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive key projects, including ERP upgrades and global initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.

- 必須

- At least 5 years of experience in logistics within multinational consumer goods
- Strong proficiency in software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
- Demonstrated project management experience and a background in warehouse operations with 3PL partners (preferred).
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking expertise.
